As the founders of Cambridge Audio Technology, we have been involved in the industry since 1999, and have been proudly providing car audio accessories online since then.

Delivery Details:
Delivery of products will normally be made within 1-2 working days from receiving your order. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated, if there is going to be a delay in delivery of goods, this is sometimes outside our control and we will inform you straight away, and you will have the right to cancel the order for a full refund if the item has not been dispatched.
Refunds Policy:
We offer a 28 days refund policy on unwanted items you have purchased where it hasn’t been fitted or used. You must contact us first for a Returns Authorisation number and Refunds will only be given when the item has been returned back to us in a saleable condition, with the correct Return Authorisation number.
Faulty Policy:
Any faulty products will be replaced or refunded if no longer available. No refunds can be given to faulty products after the 28 days from date of purchase. Any items found NOT to be faulty on testing the customer will have to pay an £8 re-delivery charge
